Miaobox with 102×82×29mm 3-dimension size, slightly thicker than a short wallet, it can be easily put into the bag or even coat pocket. Easy to carry and play outside. Both Chinese and English languages are provided, and all functions can be operated with the only button&rotary. Relevant information is displayed on the OLED screen.

    Using a flat rotation button. Compared to the blue box, the overall height is smaller and less prone to accidental movement or depression, making it easy to fit in a pocket or bag.

There are 128 standard GM timbres in the Miaobox, including piano, guitar, bass, harmonica, saxophone and other instruments. Maximum 64 polyphony, and 16bit/37.5kHz high-quality stereo audio output.

    The Miaobox provides a 3.5mm TRS MIDI interface and a USB-MIDI interface. A 3.5mm TRS to 5-pin MIDI male cable is attached. One 5-pin MIDI output instrument and one USB-MIDI output instrument can be connected at the same time. The two instruments can be played simultaneously. Accompanied by one piano (or other electronic instrument), one piano (or other electronic instrument) performs the melody. USB-MIDI port can play the role of mobile power supply and provide DC5V power supply for external low-power musical instruments(ouput I ≤500mA).

The Miaobox can adjust the volume, timbre(See "General Sounds List" table),pan,vibrato,equalizer,chorus,reverb,spatial,tuning,scale tuning,TVF,envelope effect parameters. Parameters can be set separately for each MIDI channel. It can automatically identify the channel of externally connected instruments and lock the channel for parameter setting. When setting relevant parameters on the connected instrument, the Miaobox will automatically synchronize.

The built-in metronome function of the Miaobox can set the BPM beat speed and type(3/4,3/8 and so on). "Strong", "sub strong" and "weak" timbres(See "Metronome Sounds List" table） and volume can be selected. When the metronome beats, external instruments can play at the same time.

There are 14 categories of 380+ rhythms in the Miaobox, including some typical rhythms of blues, country, folk, jazz, rock, rap and other styles. Users can choose by themselves. When playing rhythm, external instruments can play at the same time.

    New MagicPlay function, full of fun, with 20 built-in magic playing music tracks.

    After selecting the "MagicPlay" menu item to enter this function, you can set the volume, triggering method, main track sound, and music track. The triggering methods include "External MIDI" and "internal rotary". Selecting 'External MIDI' indicates that the instruction being fired comes from either the 3.5mm TRS MIDI socket or the USB-MIDI socket. Selecting 'Internal Rotary' indicates that the triggered command comes from the flat rotary on the red box. After setting up, you can select "ShowHint" to enter the rhythm prompt window, which is convenient for playing according to the rhythm prompt in the window.

    When the triggering mode is "External MIDI", the NoteOn command issued by the connected external keyboard or other MIDI musical instrument will activate the next main track note and the corresponding chord or other track notes of the selected music track. When the triggering method is "Internal Rotary", the triggering signal can be sent out by rotating the flat rotary.

    Note that when rotating the rotary, in order to obtain a good single trigger command, establish simultaneous operation with both hands and thumbs. Rotate one effective angle clockwise or counterclockwise each time to avoid significant rotation resulting in multiple triggering signals being generated simultaneously.

    When the triggering method is "External MIDI", any valid NoteOn instruction will perform effectively. This means that you can freely tap on the keyboard to generate the selected beautiful melody on the red box.

There are stereo speakers in the Miaobox. When the audio output jack is not connected to the headset or external amplifier, the internal speakers will sound. The smart sound box has a built-in 1800mAh lithium battery, which can be used for several hours normally.
